GRAPES: Riesling Renano 100%

ORIGIN: The name comes from the number of the tank where it occurred the fermentation. Vineyard “Fontane“ is grown in Moniga del Garda at an altitude of 180 meters. Soil is calcareous and clayey on the foothills.

COLOUR: Brilliant straw yellow colour with a green tint.

SMELL: Very intense, fruity, forward varietal aroma with impressions of gooseberry and elderflowers.

TASTE: Good balanced flavour light medium bodied,with nice citrus touches and an attractive fresh varietal fruit aftertaste.

SUGGESTED FOOD: As aperitif, with starters and all types of sea-food, crustacean, white meat, poultry and soft cheese. Under proper storage conditions, this wine will drink well for at least 3 to 5 years and more. To be served at 12° C.
