GRAPES: Groppello Gentile 60%, Sangiovese 15%, Barbera 20%, Marzemino 5%.

ORIGIN: Vineyard SICLÌ in Moniga del Garda at an altitude of 180 meters. Soil is calcareous and clayey on the foothills. In literature is described as the “one night wine” since the juice of the grapes is left to ferment with the skins for just few hours during the night.

COLOUR: Light cherry red colour SMELL: Delicate, flowery with citrus tones aroma.

TASTE: The taste is fresh, broad with a salty tone and a hints of bitter almond.

SUGGESTED FOOD: Pizza, cold and white meats, appetizers, soft cheese, fish and it is best with crustaceans. Drink well young and in the first years. To be served at 12° C.
