COLOUR: Straw – yellow with greenish highlights.
SMELL: Fruity and complex with a lot minerals.
TASTE: Pleasant, fresh, velvety, slightly salty with a light after-taste of bitter almond.
SUGGESTED FOOD: Excellent as aperitif, sea and freshwater fish, white meat and salads and poultry . Excellent as an aperitif. To be served at 10° C.
Lugana DOC is traditionally from the Lombardy region (Lake Garda) and is made from 100 per cent Trebbiano grapes.
Lugana DOC has a straw-yellow colour with greenish reflections, a complex fruity and mineral bouquet, a savoury, velvety taste with notes of bitter almond.
Alcohol content 13% Vol. To be served at 10° C. Maturation in steel.
