ORIGIN: Vineyard in Moniga del Garda. Soil is calcareous and clayey on the foot hills. The grapejuice and the skins ferment together just for a few hours getting the rosè colour then the skins are taken away and the grapejuice
ferments by itself.
DESCRIPTION: Extra dry rosè sparkling wine resting on the yeasts for 6 months.
TASTING: Fruity and flowery bouquet. Round and fresh taste with a hint of berries and fine patisserie.
SUGGESTED FOOD: Best as aperitif, matching very well with pizza, white meats, fishes and crustaceans. To be served at 10°c.
